A boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm in downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to manage a diverse personal injury caseload from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Develop case strategies and prepare legal documents
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal client outcomes

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar membership
• Must have ten years of experience in personal injury litigation
• First and second chair trial experience.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $200,000 – $260,000 base plus bonus structure.
• Discretionary bonus
• Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)

Work Schedule:

• No billable hour requirement
