Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case tasks such as written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Handle complex asbestos litigation cases with multiple defendants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while handling sensitive cases.

Qualifications:

• Civil Litigation Experience
• Active Member of the New York Bar
