Join a dynamic national plaintiffs’ firm in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients in complex cases. In this fast-paced, in-office role, you will manage your caseload autonomously including discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and second-chair trial work. You will be part of a collaborative team advocating for justice and delivering substantial settlements and verdicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case tasks such as written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Handle complex asbestos litigation cases with multiple defendants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while handling sensitive cases.
Qualifications:
- Civil Litigation Experience
- Active Member of the New York Bar
