Our client in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a superstar lawyer to join their personal injury litigation department. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills, and will be prepared to manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files. Responsibilities include offering excellent customer service to clients, attending depositions and hearings, preparing discovery documents, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• You must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 1-3 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in using document management systems and electronic filing systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment, take direction, and work with little supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with legal terminology, court proceedings, and drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
• Familiar with court procedures, courtMap, JAWS, and e-filing via e-portal.
• Active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Pay:

• $75,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year
• CONTINGENCY FIRM, SO NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENTS.
