Mission Recruiting is representing a nationally respected plaintiff litigation boutique in Los Angeles, seeking a driven associate ready to step into meaningful courtroom responsibility. This is a rare opportunity for an insurance defense attorney who wants to transition to contingency-based plaintiff work and build a long-term trial career.

You will manage cases from intake through trial preparation, working alongside seasoned trial lawyers while developing autonomy early. The platform is entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and built for attorneys who want ownership, not oversight.

This role is fully in-office in Los Angeles, with frequent court appearances. The environment rewards initiative, preparation, and courtroom confidence. There is no billable hour requirement. Compensation reflects impact, not time entries.
