Our client, a dynamic, boutique law firm with a strong reputation in commercial litigation, is seeking a Trust Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 – $140,000 plus monthly origination bonuses, structured production incentives, and a year-end bonus potential. This is a hybrid role, so you should be able to commute to Orlando, FL. What To Expect as a Probate & Trust Litigation Attorney

• Develop skills to manage your caseload of trust, probate, and commercial litigation matters
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with firm partners
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and handle court appearances
• Track deadlines, bill time accurately, and maintain strong client communication

Qualifications For Success

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation (trust & probate a plus)
• Strong time management, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented culture
