We are seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join our highly regarded Public Companies practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting, disclosure, and compliance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with sophisticated clients on a variety of capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance, and disclosure matters.
• Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day workflow for clients with complex needs.
• Represent companies in capital markets transactions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters.
• Experience managing client relationships and handling sophisticated client demands.
• JD from a nationally recognized law school with a strong academic record.
• Experience working in the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
