• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active California bar membership
• 2-3 years of experience in public finance law, with a focus on municipal bond transactions
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Experience drafting bond documents, official statements, and other disclosure materials
• Familiarity with federal and state securities laws related to municipal finance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
