Attorney | Real Estate | 146700
Our Los Angeles Real Estate group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join our team. This role involves working on a broad spectrum of sophisticated real estate transactions, including real estate M&A, private equity deals, acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated loan financings, joint ventures, co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice on fund formation, real estate M&A, private equity investments, and related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients on a variety of transactions across the real estate sector.
- Engage in restructuring and recapitalization deals, as well as manage transactions related to real estate workouts and disputes.
- Work closely with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality legal services and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in real estate law, including M&A, private equity, and real estate finance.
- Experience in complex real estate transactions, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing matters.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary expected to range between $390,000 and $420,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
