Attorney | Real Estate | 147032
A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in general real estate matters including leasing, acquisitions, title examination, and home building projects.
This position focuses on real estate transactions, advising clients on property acquisitions, lease agreements, and real estate development projects. Experience with home building is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and title examination
- Advising clients on real estate development and home-building projects
- Conducting legal research and drafting key transactional documents
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, based on performance
- Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and additional firm-provided benefits
Work Expectations & Schedule:
- Full-time position in the Denver office
- Standard law firm billable hour requirements
- Flexibility dependent on firm policies
Candidate Parameters
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- 4-6 years of general real estate experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Large law firm experience preferred
