Mission Recruiting is representing a fast-growing Houston litigation boutique focused on real estate, construction, and business disputes. With more than 100 cases per month currently turned away, this is a rare opportunity for a courtroom-tested litigator to step into immediate leadership and high-impact work.

What You Will Handle

• Jury and bench trials
• HOA, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant dispute
• Commercial real estate and business litigation
• Construction-related conflicts
• Mentorship of junior attorneys
• Business development initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

• $170,000 to $200,000+ base salary
• Three-tier bonus structure plus discretionary bonuses
• 401(k) with matching contributions
• 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage

The ideal candidate has first chaired at least two jury trials, handled multiple bench trials, and mentored and trained junior associates.
