We are seeking a midlevel Real Estate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic record, superior legal writing and drafting skills, and a passion for real estate law. A strong attention to detail, work ethic, commitment to client service, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

Our practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across various property types and industries. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated matters at both the local and national levels in a supportive work environment.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually (depends on qualifications and experience)
• Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus based on performance and other factors
