Key responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for landlord-tenant matters from filing to resolution
- Work closely with clients and team members
- Thorough knowledge of California Civil Procedures
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant, eviction, unlawful detainer or lender defense litigation from inception through trial
- Thorough knowledge of California civil procedure law
