A well-established mid-sized law firm based in San Jose, CA seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Transactional Real Estate group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate contracts related to property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on a wide range of transactional real estate matters.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and clients to develop strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in transactional real estate law.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in real estate matters, including property acquisition, leasing, and financing.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
