Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-5 years of real estate transaction experience
• Strong background in capital markets, including institutional joint ventures, syndications, and fund formation
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and client relationship abilities
• Ability to manage deals from start to finish independently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multi-tasking

We Offer:

• Reasonable billable hour requirement: 1,800 hours
• $2,500 annual business development budget

• $225,000 – $250,000 annually commensurate with experience
