Attorney | Tax Resolution | 145731

We are seeking a Tax Attorney for our rapidly growing law firm. The job involves representing clients with IRS and State tax issues before all administrative levels – examination, collection, appeals, audits, and US Tax Court. You will be the tax professional liaison between our clients, the IRS, and/or the State of Missouri. The position consists of contacting tax agencies on behalf of our clients, analyzing financial statements, overseeing IRS audits, addressing complex collections issues, and obtaining the most favorable resolution for our clients.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in IRS tax resolution for individuals and businesses preferred.
• Persuasive communicator.
• Ability to interview and consult with clients to collect financial data.
• Assist clients with strategic tax planning to meet their financial objectives.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative team member.
• Ambitious and creative.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
