Responsibilities:

• Plaintiff Advocate: Represent individuals and businesses in civil litigation cases, including personal injury, toxic torts, class actions, employment, and real estate.
• Case Strategist: Develop winning legal strategies to help clients achieve the compensation and justice they deserve.
• Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the litigation process and ensuring their needs and concerns are fully addressed.
• Litigation Specialist: Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Settlement Negotiator: Skillfully negotiate settlements and mediate disputes, always keeping your client’s best interests in mind.
• Courtroom Advocate: Confidently represent clients in court, delivering persuasive arguments and presenting their cases powerfully and effectively.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Must have a valid law degree and be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Client-focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have been wronged.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and craft effective legal arguments.
