This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct U.S. and international trademark clearance searches and evaluations.
• Handle trademark prosecution before the USPTO, including drafting responses to office actions.
• Counsel clients on Madrid Protocol filings and global trademark strategies.
• Perform trademark enforcement, including drafting cease-and-desist letters and takedown notices.
• Negotiate and draft trademark, copyright, and NIL licenses and assignments.
• Provide copyright counseling, domain name enforcement, and UDRP complaint drafting.
• Clear content for social media and digital marketing compliance.
• Support IP diligence in corporate transactions.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in California or New York.
• Law firm experience required with a focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 + bonus eligibility.
