Our Corporate Team’s sophisticated knowledge enables us to address clients’ business challenges in consumer products, healthcare, gaming, hospitality, and more. We are looking for a Transactional Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Denver office. The role involves supporting corporate transactions with employment-related due diligence, and employment agreements, and advising clients on a variety of employment law issues.

The ideal candidate has a passion for employment law and transactional work, with strong experience in corporate transactions, employee classification, and drafting employment agreements.

Compensation:

• Salary: $215,000 – $230,000 depending on experience.
• Bonuses: Hours-based and discretionary performance bonuses.
• Full benefits package (medical, dental, 401(k) match, profit-sharing, etc.).

Candidate Parameters:

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional employment law.
• Strong skills in drafting employment contracts, and separation agreements, and understanding federal, state, and local employment law.
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
