A well-respected full-service business law firm in Northern California is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This position focuses on trust and estate litigation, with additional opportunities in business, commercial, and real estate litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters.
• Handle business, commercial, and real estate cases as needed.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and advocate in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop creative legal strategies.
• Deliver measurable results while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
• Experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation preferred.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background with a proven track record of results.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $180,000 – $230,000.
• Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
