We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Litigator to support our high net worth clients. My client is a dynamic, growing firm that prioritizes high quality legal work and client care. This is a full-cycle litigation role where you will work on matters pertaining to will contests, fiduciary litigation, trust construction and interpretation, and breach of fiduciary duty.
