This role is open to attorneys from all Civil Litigation backgrounds. They provide comprehensive legal services tailored to the needs of their diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation in a variety of trust & probate disputes
• Perform legal research, draft precise substantive pleadings, and argue motions in court
• Manage negotiations and mediation
• Provide estate planning and trust administration backup
• Develop effective legal strategies and collaborate with the team
• Act as an advocate for clients, protecting their rights and interests
• Stay informed through continuing education and professional development
