• Expert Advisor: Provide clear and comprehensive legal counsel to clients, ensuring they understand their rights, responsibilities, and options.
• Case Manager: Handle a diverse caseload from initial investigation through to resolution, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with a dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver outstanding legal services and results.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Active VA bar license
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation defense or related legal fields.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively to clients, judges, and juries.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, evidence analysis, and strategic case development.
