Mission Recruiting is a nationally recognized legal recruiting firm that now offers comprehensive HR Services and Marketing Boosts to law firms across the country. We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow these exciting service lines.

About the Role: As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with law firms that can benefit from our scalable HR solutions (payroll, compliance, onboarding, etc.) and our high-impact Marketing Boosts (email campaigns, direct mail, social media, and job visibility strategies). You’ll focus on building relationships, setting up meetings, and closing deals—all with the full support of our internal team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and engage small to mid-sized law firms nationwide
• Present and pitch HR Services and Marketing Boost packages
• Follow up with leads generated through our recruiting and marketing teams
• Track outreach and progress using our CRM system
• Negotiate and close agreements
• Represent the Mission Recruiting brand with professionalism and integrity

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in business development, legal services, HR tech, or related fields
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation: This is a 1099 commission-only position with generous earning potential. You’ll earn a percentage of every closed HR Services or Marketing Boost contract—no cap, no limits.
