Chief Financial Officer | Finance | 147052

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our management team in Philadelphia. This key position will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations and driving financial growth, structure, and strategic direction. The CFO will work closely with the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Senior Management on both operational and strategic matters, ensuring sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to Senior Management on business activities.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, partner compensation, billing, and collections.
• Lead the budgeting process, financial projections, and tax reporting.
• Develop financial systems, policies, and processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Drive business development strategies, revenue-generating activities, and long-term planning.
• Manage banking relationships and external vendor relationships.
• Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team.

Compensation:

• Salary: $450,000 to $700,000.
• Bonus eligibility is subject to firm performance and personal achievement.
