Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a hands-on IT Systems Manager to lead technology operations for a high-performing plaintiff litigation firm in Los Angeles.

This is a mission-critical role for a systems professional who can stabilize legacy infrastructure while architecting smart modernization. You will be the sole go-to resource, trusted by attorneys and leadership to keep operations seamless during high-stakes litigation.

The environment includes nine on-site servers and 40-plus Windows 11 workstations in a VMware vSphere 8.0 ecosystem. You will administer Windows Server and SQL environments, oversee Active Directory and security, manage Exchange and Microsoft 365, and provide day-to-day helpdesk support.

This is 100 percent onsite. The culture is traditional, fast-paced, and team-oriented. Reliability and ownership are essential.
