Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of employment litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines effectively.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in employment litigation or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in legal research tools.
• Knowledge of document management systems to organize case files effectively.
