What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling multiple cases
• Prepare and format pleadings, tables of contents, and tables of authorities using Microsoft Word
• Ensure precise proofreading and formatting of documents
• Electronically file documents with state and federal courts, manage hearing dates, and coordinate with court reporters

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid civil litigation experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent writing, grammar, and communication abilities
• A proactive self-starter who can offer insights on case strategies and take the initiative

What’s In It for You:

• Competitive hourly rate of $32.00 to $38.00, based on your experience
• Salary range of $66,560 – $79,040 per year
