We are looking for a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certification (preferred)

Key responsibilities include:

• Proofreading and formatting legal documents
• Managing case files and calendaring systems
• Preparing court filings and correspondence
• Communicating with clients and class members
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, based on experience, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
