In this fully in-office role, you’ll manage a busy attorney calendar, file legal documents in state and federal courts, and support our attorneys in delivering top-notch legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• File legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage the daily calendar for 3 attorneys, ensuring appointments, deadlines, and meetings are organized.
• Draft correspondence and assist with preparing legal documents.
• Interact with court staff and external parties as necessary.
• Assist the managing attorney with firm quality control and ensure accuracy in all legal work.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and managing tasks.
