A dynamic and growing law firm in Los Angeles, renowned for its prowess in plaintiff’s side wage-and-hour class action litigation, is seeking a highly-qualified Legal Intake Specialist to join its bustling team. Our firm handles an extensive caseload in both federal and state courts, battling regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Specializing in consumer and employment class actions, we tackle cases involving wage-and-hour disputes, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. We’ve successfully recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees and consumers in California. As a key player in our intake center, the Legal Intake Specialist will be instrumental in generating new business and transforming leads into clients. You’ll collaborate with other departments and occasionally take on special projects under the guidance of the Intake Manager and/or Management.

The ideal candidate will excel in providing stellar customer service and display professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion when handling inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve unbiased screening of potential clients, assessing the viability of their cases, and gathering crucial evidence during initial interviews. You’ll also assist in locating hard-to-reach clients and perform various other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with intake
• Knowledge of Personal Injury, Employment Law and/or Workers’ Compensation strongly preferred
• Salesforce/Litify software background is a major plus
• Professional appearance and “get it done” attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required

This full-time position requires some physical activity, including desk work and lifting up to 15 pounds, and is based onsite in Glendale, offering a pay range of $17.00 – $25.00 per hour.
