Position Overview

The Legal Secretary plays a key role in supporting their attorneys on a range of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of law firm experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal (business litigation experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
