Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a litigation secretary
  • Attention to detail, time management, good judgment, and solid organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and excellent proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and .pdf programs, including formatting, TOCs and TOAs, and Bates labeling
  • Knowledge/understanding of document management systems
  • Good project management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism
