A prestigious law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning & Administration Legal Secretary to join its New Orleans office. This role involves estate planning, estate administration, and successions (probate), requiring strong organizational skills and client interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Manage estate administration tasks, including probate filings, asset identification, and financial record maintenance.
  • Coordinate deadlines and court filings.
  • Interact with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information.
  • Assist in trust accountings and estate tax return preparations.

Candidate Parameters:
