Legal Secretary | Litigation | 146757 | Denver, CO

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join a dynamic team of legal professionals in our Denver office. The Legal Secretary will support attorneys and paralegals by performing various legal and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience with document preparation, including working with complex documents, and should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff.

Candidate Parameters:

• 3+ years of legal administrative support experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the processes and systems of mid-to-large-sized firms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with software systems including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), DMS/iManage Desksite, Aderant, LMS+, Workshare Compare, and Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish strong rapport with attorneys, clients, and staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when proofreading documents.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $59,000 – $78,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
