Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys managing multiple cases.
• Prepare and format pleadings, tables of contents, and tables of authorities using Microsoft Word.
• Proofread and format documents with precision.
• Electronically file documents with state and federal courts, manage hearing dates, and coordinate with court reporters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in civil litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• A proactive self-starter who contributes insights on case strategies and takes initiative.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 to $38.00, depending on experience.
• Annual salary: $66,560 – $79,040.
