Our reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex civil litigation matters, demonstrating proficiency in state and federal court procedures, calendaring, discovery, and motion practice.

As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will manage and support civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, conduct legal research and analysis, and draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. You will also be responsible for filing documents with state and federal courts, maintaining litigation calendars, and assisting in discovery management and motion practice.
