A prestigious law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Corporate / Transactional Paralegal in its Nashville, TN office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, along with at least five years of prior corporate experience.
