A reputable law firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its Costa Mesa, CA office. The ideal candidate must hold a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program and be skilled in supporting attorneys who specialize in labor and employment defense. This role involves assisting with a variety of cases, including single and multi-plaintiff suits, Class/PAGA actions, and complex litigation matters. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative legal team on high-stakes cases.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal Certificate from an accredited and approved paralegal education program (Required)
  • 7+ years of paralegal experience
  • Experience in labor and employment litigation
  • Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills, including Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude
