Role Summary:

As a Paralegal, you’ll be an integral part of our championship team. You’ll assist our attorneys in preparing for the big cases, managing crucial documents, and ensuring every play is executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities:

• Game Planning: Assist attorneys with case preparation, including legal research, drafting documents, and organizing files.
• Play Execution: Manage case files, conduct fact-checking, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Team Support: Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to develop strategies, meet deadlines, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Scouting: Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide informed support and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Employment Law.
• Skills: Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
• Attributes: A team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Compensation:

• Up to $75,000
