Join our dynamic team of diverse professionals as a Litigation Paralegal at our well-respected civil litigation law firm in San Jose, CA. We’re looking for a dedicated individual with a strong background in litigation support to assist our attorneys in managing complex cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including managing evidence, answering interrogatories, and preparing motions, complaints, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct client and witness interviews in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Manage e-discovery processes, coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill discovery obligations.
• Utilize Excel and other data management tools to organize and analyze data.
• Provide comprehensive legal support as permitted by the California State Bar.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Paralegal Certificate or a degree in Paralegal Studies. A Bachelor’s degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation law firm, with hands-on experience in ESI Discovery and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; exceptional attention to detail; familiarity with electronic discovery platforms and Excel databases.
