MUST have a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school

Requirements and Expectations:

• Conduct document searches in e-Discovery databases and perform factual research
• Organize and coordinate document productions, including bates-stamping and redaction
• Manage internal case databases, including document review and coding
• Prepare for depositions by organizing relevant documents and summarizing transcripts
• Assist with court document preparation and filing
• Liaise between departments and external vendors
• Oversee document progress through litigation and fulfill requests
• Prepare for and attend trials/arbitrations, including exhibit organization and courtroom assistance
• Handle electronic exhibit presentation
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and subpoena preparation
• Possess strong analytical and technological skills

Education and Experience:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation software (Casemap, Textmap, Relativity, Adobe Professional, Sanction/Trial Director)
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Worldox)
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to both team and independent work environments
• Excellent communication skills with legal personnel at all levels
