Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to assist our attorneys in all phases of litigation. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $43.27 – $48.08.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support litigation cases
• Manage deadlines and court filings, ensuring compliance with legal procedures
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses as needed

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
• Prior litigation experience (preferably experience with public entity defense)
• Strong knowledge of California court rules and procedures
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
