A well-established trusts and estates team is seeking an experienced Taxation and Wealth Planning Paralegal to join its office in Blue Bell, PA. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative environment, working closely with attorneys and other professionals on a wide variety of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, tax deadlines, and client communications.
• Prepare Federal & State Estate Tax Returns and Federal Gift Tax Returns.
• Assist with estate administration, probate filings, and client advisement.
• Handle trust administration, including withdrawal notices and successor trustee appointments.
• Draft trust and estate accountings, simple wills, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct research on local/state tax rules and IRS statutes.
• Prepare and file deeds, form business entities, and manage corporate records.
• Utilize EstateWorks, Gems, Zane, or similar tax preparation software.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• BA or BS degree strongly preferred (or an Associate’s degree/paralegal certificate with equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
