The firm is committed to fostering strong relationships, collaboration, and excellence in law and policy. The Real Estate practice focuses on real estate transactions, including title and survey review, underwriting, and corporate documentation. The Title and Survey Paralegal will support attorneys by assisting with closing procedures, drafting legal documents, and reviewing title commitments, surveys, and entity formation documents.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)
• Overtime Pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week

Candidate Parameters

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in real estate law (preferably in a law firm or corporate setting)
• Skills: Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
• Preferred: Experience with title and survey documentation and underwriting
• Personal Qualities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent client interaction
