Are you an experienced trademark paralegal looking for an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? A leading law and lobbying firm with over 55 years of industry presence is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal to join its Las Vegas office.

In this role, you will support multiple attorneys in trademark-related matters, including managing dockets, preparing USPTO filings, corresponding with clients, and assisting with due diligence. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of trademark experience within Intellectual Property and proficiency in docketing software systems (preferably PATTSY).

Compensation

• Salary Range: $87,000 – $109,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Paralegal bonus program
• Overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week
