We seek a Ph.D.-level scientist with a background in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields to support cutting-edge clients in patent prosecution, due diligence, and intellectual property strategy.

This role provides the opportunity to work on innovative biotechnology advancements, manage global patent portfolios, and collaborate closely with scientists, inventors, and investors to develop strong IP protections.

Qualifications:

• USPTO admission required
• Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred
• Experience drafting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex scientific concepts
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in biotechnology fields
• Conduct freedom-to-operate and patent landscape analyses
• Manage patent portfolios and coordinate international filings
• Work with investors on IP diligence for funding and capital markets transactions
• Collaborate with inventors to develop patent strategies

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150,000 – $250,000 base salary
• Bonus eligible
