This role involves working closely with inventors and attorneys to prepare and prosecute patent applications for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct novelty and clearance searches to assess the patentability of inventions.
• Draft comprehensive patent applications with technical precision.
• Negotiate the scope of patent rights with the Patent Office.
• Assist in managing patent portfolios, including preparing reports and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Technical experience in AI, machine learning, IoT, semiconductors, wireless communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and research skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
