Patrick Cotter

Patrick is the Senior Managing Director of Recruiting at Mission Recruiting, LLC, bringing more than fifteen years of experience placing legal, medical, and C-level professionals nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has successfully helped hundreds of attorneys, physicians, executives, administrators, legal support staff, and mid-level medical providers find new opportunities across the United States.

Based in Frisco, Texas, Patrick lives with his spouse and three children. He is a proud UCLA graduate and an enthusiastic supporter of his children’s schools, including the University of Arkansas and the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys following his favorite sports teams, playing music, and working on his golf game.
