What You’ll Do

Manage single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution

Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions

Collaborate with internal teams using structured workflows

What They’re Looking For

California-barred attorney

5+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)

Experience with wage-and-hour and/or FEHA/ADA matters

Comfort working in structured, tech-enabled systems

Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000
