What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  
• Conduct depositions and appear regularly in court
  
• Draft legal documents and conduct strategic legal research
  
• Work directly with a broad client base across industries like construction, law, accounting, and insurance
  
• Participate in mediation and arbitration with hands-on guidance from seasoned litigators
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience in California
  
• Active California Bar license in good standing
  
• Proven experience with depositions and court appearances
  
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
  
• Comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation range: $120,000 to $180,000+, DOE
